Terms & Conditions

Tekseo provides digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and related consulting services.


  • We make every effort to deliver quality results, but outcomes such as search engine rankings or traffic improvements are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, competition, or client website changes).
  • Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in proposals, contracts, or service agreements provided to you.
  • Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
  • All fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate and complete information as requested.
  • Grant Tekseo the necessary access to websites, accounts, or platforms required for service.
  • Refrain from actions that may negatively affect results, such as altering optimized content without consultation.
  • All materials, strategies, and deliverables developed by Tekseo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After payment, ownership of custom work (e.g., written content, designs) may transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.
  • Tekseo reserves the right to use case studies or non-confidential project details for marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.
  • Tekseo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business results.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:



  • The client remains responsible for payment of all services provided up to the termination date.
  • Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before final deliverables are released.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Both Tekseo and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

Tekseo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
